Minha escolha de salada para este Natal tem folhas, muçarela de búfala, presunto cru e pêssegos grelhados.
Ingredientes
4 pêssegos amarelos maduros, com casca, cortados em gomos
1 maço de alface romana
1 maço de alface roxa
100 g de presunto cru em fatias bem finas
folhas de manjericão
150g de muçarela de búfala em bolinhas
Modo de preparo
Aqueça uma frigideira antiaderente com uma colher (sopa) de manteiga e uma colher (chá) de açúcar. Junte os pêssegos e grelhe dos dois lados (uns 2 minutos de cada lado, para que não amoleçam). Reserve.
Coloque as folhas, de maneira intercalada, em um prato de servir, disponha os pêssegos, o presunto, a muçarela e as folhinhas de manjericão.
Finalizei com pétalas de flores comestíveis para ficar bem colorido e servi com um molho de limão e mel.
Dicas: o presunto cru pode ser substituído por lombo defumado, peito de peru, frango grelhado ou ainda sobras de peru. A muçarela pode ser substituída por burrata. O pêssego pode ser substituído por nectarina ou pêra. E você ainda pode acrescentar nozes para trazer crocância. Para uma versão vegetariana é só não usar o presunto.
