Brownie chocolatudo com especiarias tem tudo a ver com Natal! Delicioso e muito fácil de fazer, é ótimo para presentear e faz bonito como sobremesa de uma Ceia ou Almoço de Natal caprichado!

Ingredientes
185g de manteiga sem sal, picada
150g de chocolate meio-amargo picado
200g de açúcar mascavo
3 ovos
1 colher (chá) de extrato de baunilha
150g de farinha de trigo
¼ colher (chá) de fermento em pó
1 pitada de sal
½ colher (chá) de canela em pó
½ colher (chá) de gengibre em pó
½ colher (chá) de noz-moscada ralada na hora
3 colheres (sopa) de cacau em pó, sem adição de açúcar, peneirado – meça, depois peneire
100g de chocolate meio-amargo, extra, em gotas ou picado
Modo de preparo
Pré-aqueça o forno a 180°C. Unte levemente com manteiga uma forma quadrada de 20cm, forre-a com papel alumínio deixando sobrar em dois lados opostos, formando “alças”, e unte o papel também.
Em uma tigela grande refratária, derreta a manteiga e os 150g de chocolate em banho-maria (fogo baixo, sem deixar o fundo da tigela tocar a água). Retire do fogo e deixe esfriar um pouquinho.
Adicione o açúcar e misture. Adicione os ovos, um a um, batendo bem a cada adição. Junte a baunilha, a farinha, o fermento, o sal, as especiarias e o cacau e misture para incorporar.
Acrescente os 100g de chocolate restantes e incorpore gentilmente. Transfira a massa para a forma preparada e alise a superfície.
Asse até que os brownies firmem levemente nas laterais da forma e um palito inserido no centro saia com migalhas úmidas, cerca de 20 minutos. Retire do forno e deixe esfriar completamente na forma.
Corte em quadradinhos e sirva.
