A receita é extremamente simples! Higienize os morangos, retire os cabos e mantenha na geladeira em um recipiente fechado. Coloque os morangos em taças congeladas. Esprema um pouco de suco de limão siciliano por cima e polvilhe bem com açúcar branco refinado, um pequeno toque de raspas de casca de limão e um pouco de hortelã fresca rasgada. Sirva a seguir, porque a temperatura faz toda diferença!!

Dica: para fazer uma versão tropical, substitua os morangos por fatias de abacaxi cortadas em cubos.
