Ingredientes
- 2 mangas Palmer em cubos
- 1 colher (sopa) de pimenta-dedo-de-moça, sem sementes, picada
- 1 cebola-roxa em tirinhas
- 2 colheres (sopa) de folhas de hortelã grosseiramente picadas
- 2 colheres (sopa) de folhas de coentro ou salsinha grosseiramente picadas
- 1 colher (chá) de gengibre fresco ralado
- 2 limões-sicilianos ou 1 limão tahiti
- 1/4 de xícara (chá) de leite de coco
- 2 colheres (sopa) de gergelim preto ou de mix de sementes
- Sal a gosto
- chips de coco para finalizar (opcional)
Modo de preparo
Numa tigela, coloque a manga, a pimenta, a cebola, a hortelã, o coentro e o gengibre, regue com o suco dos limões e misture bem.
Adicione o leite de coco, misture novamente. Prove e coloque sal se achar necessário. Polvilhe o gergelim e o chips de coco.
Sirva em seguida.
