Ingredientes
- 2 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo
- ⅔ de xícara (chá) de castanha-de-caju picada fino
- 200 g de manteiga em temperatura ambiente
- ½ xícara (chá) de açúcar
- ¼ de xícara (chá) de vinho doce ou vinho do porto
- açúcar de confeiteiro para polvilhar
- manteiga e farinha de trigo para untar e polvilhar a assadeira
Modo de preparo
Preaqueça o forno a 160 °C (temperatura baixa). Unte com manteiga duas assadeiras grandes. Polvilhe com farinha de trigo, chacoalhe para espalhar e bata sobre a pia para retirar o excesso de farinha.
Numa tigela, coloque a farinha, o açúcar, a castanha picada e misture. Junte a manteiga e misture bem com as mãos. Por último, regue com o vinho e amasse até ficar liso.
Para fazer os biscoitos: separe uma porção da massa, enrole do tamanho de um brigadeiro e achate levemente. Transfira para a assadeira untada e repita com o restante da massa – deixe cerca de 1 cm de espaço entre cada biscoito.
Leve ao forno preaquecido e deixe assar por cerca de 30 minutos, até ficarem levemente dourados. Retire do forno e polvilhe os biscoitos ainda quentes com açúcar de confeiteiro.
Deixe esfriar antes de servir. Armazenados num pote com fechamento hermético, os biscoitos duram por até uma semana.
