Você já experimentou Muesli? Prato típico do café da manhã alemão, se parece com a granola, mas é mais saudável e menos calórico porque não tem adição de óleo ou açúcares. Super nutritivo e saboroso, apesar de precisar ficar de um dia para o outro de molho é muito prático!
A receita abaixo é a original, mas você pode adicionar os grãos, castanhas, sementes, frutas e frutos secos da sua preferência.
Confira e faça em casa.
Ingredientes
- 1 pote de iogurte natural (170g)
- 1/2 xícara (chá) de leite
- 1/4 de xícara (chá) de aveia
- 1 colher (sopa) de mel mais 2 colheres (chá) para finalizar
- 1 maçã
- caldo de 1/2 limão
- 1 colher (sopa) de nozes tostadas e picadas
- 1 colher (sopa) de uvas passas brancas
Modo de preparo
Numa tigela, coloque o iogurte, o leite, a aveia e o mel. Misture e tampe (ou cubra com filme). Deixe na geladeira por 8 a 12 horas.
Na manhã seguinte, lave, seque e corte a maçã em cubos. Adicione o caldo de limão e misture.
Junte ao Muesli e mexa bem. Salpique as nozes, as uvas passas, finalize com mel e sirva a seguir.
