Essa pasta francesa de azeitona é um aperitivo delicioso para comer com pão ou torrada! Outros ingredientes podem ser adicionados a gosto, como anchovas, limão, nozes, conhaque. E também dá para fazer com azeitonas verdes, mas a versão com azeitonas pretas é a minha preferida.
Ingredientes
100g de azeitonas pretas
1 dente de alho picadinho
2 colheres (sopa) de alcaparras picadinhas
¼ de xícara (chá) ou 60 ml de azeite de oliva extravirgem
Pimenta-do-reino moída na hora a gosto
Modo de preparo
Tire o caroço das azeitonas e pique-as bem até formar uma pasta. Junte o alho picado, as alcaparras também picadas finamente e o azeite. Tempere com a pimenta e misture.
Se preferir, faça a pasta no processador em pulsos rápidos (a mistura deve ficar ligeiramente grosseira).
Sirva em temperatura ambiente, acompanhada de pão ou torrada.
