- 3 colheres (sopa) de mel
- 2 colheres (sopa) de óleo (de sua preferência)
- ⅓ de xícara (chá) de uva passa
- ⅓ de xícara (chá) de chips de coco
Modo de preparo
Numa tigela misture a aveia, as nozes, o açúcar mascavo, o cacau, a canela e o sal. Acrescente o mel e o óleo e misture bem para envolver todos os ingredientes. Passe para uma frigideira grande antiaderente e leve ao fogo médio, cozinhando por 5 minutos, mexendo de vez em quando com uma espátula, até o açúcar derreter e a granola começar a dourar. Abaixe o fogo e mantenha a granola na frigideira, mexendo de vez em quando por mais 5 minutos ou até a granola ficar bem dourada e sequinha sem correr o risco de queimar.
Atenção: a granola só fica crocante depois que esfriar, cuidado para não cozinhar demais e queimar a granola.
Desligue o fogo e misture a uva passa e o chips de coco. Transfira a granola para uma travessa (ou assadeira) e deixe esfriar completamente em temperatura ambiente antes de servir ou armazenar.
A granola permanece crocante por 1 mês, armazenada num pote com fechamento hermético em temperatura ambiente.
