Chá gelado é uma ótima maneira de se refrescar nesse calor! Junte ervas e frutas frescas e você terá uma bebida deliciosa e aromática.
A base do meu chá gelado foi o Blend Trinca-ferro da @guyra.te, de capim-cidreira, abacaxi e canela. Fiz um xarope de abacaxi que misturei ao chá, finalizando com hortelã, rodelas de limão, cubos de abacaxi e bastante gelo.
Ficou maravilhoso!
Ingredientes
- 1/2 abacaxi pequeno descascado, sem caroço e picado em cubos
- 100g de açúcar
- 4 sachês de chá de capim-cidreira ou hortelã
- 1 ramo de hortelã fresca
- 1 limão fatiado
- gelo
Modo de preparo
Coloque metade do abacaxi numa panela com o açúcar e 100ml de água. Cozinhe por 8 a 10 minutos, depois passe por uma peneira e deixe o líquido esfriar.
Enquanto isso, despeje 500ml de água fervente em uma jarra grande e resistente ao calor e adicione os saquinhos de chá. Deixe em infusão por 5 minutos, depois coe para uma jarra de vidro grande e adicione 300ml de água fria. Deixe esfriar completamente e depois leve à geladeira.
Depois de frio, adicione o xarope de abacaxi coado ao chá gelado, junto com o restante do abacaxi picado, a hortelã fresca e as rodelas de limão. Encha a jarra com gelo, mexa delicadamente e sirva.
