Esse biscoitão de polvilho de tabuleiro é fácil de fazer e delicioso! A receita é da vozinha da minha amiga @federikadefilippis, que a chamava de Chapelão.
Eu acrescentei um pouquinho de sal, que não tem na receita original, e polvilhei a massa com o delicioso Queijo Quilombo do Serro.
Misericória, ficou bom demais!
Ingredientes
- 2 copos americano de polvilho doce
- 1 copo americano de leite (190 ml)
- 1/2 copo americano de óleo (usei de girassol) 90 ml
- 3 ovos
- 1/4 de colher (chá) de sal
- queijo ralado (opcional)
Modo de preparo
Junte todos os ingredientes em uma tigela grande, menos o queijo ralado, e misture com um garfo ou com um batedor de arame até a massa ficar homogênea. Se preferir, pode bater a massa no liquidificador.
Unte uma forma com óleo, se não for antiaderente, (a minha forma tem 23×29 cm) despeje a massa e salpique o queijo por cima.
Leve para assar em forno preaquecido a 200 graus por 20 minutos ou até que fique dourado.
