Ingredientes
– ½ xicara (chá) de iogurte natural
– 1 banana grande ou 2 pequenas picadas
– 1 colher (chá) de cacau em pó
– 2 colheres (sopa) de mel (ou a gosto)
Modo de preparo
Coloque todos os ingredientes no copo do liquidificador e bata até ficar homogêneo. Encha os copinhos e leve ao freezer por 1 hora. Retire e insira um palito de picolé em cada um. Volte para o freezer e deixe mais 3 horas.
Na hora de servir, retire do congelador e aguarde um minutinho. Depois, é só apertar o copo levemente, por baixo, que o picolé vai se soltar e subir.
Rende 6 copinhos de café.
