Ingredientes
- 1 e 1/2 xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo
- 1 xícara (chá) de açúcar mascavo
- ½ xícara (chá) de açúcar refinado
- ½ xícara (chá) de manteiga com sal (100g, ou meio tablete) em temperatura ambiente
- 1 ovo grande
- 1 xícara (chá) de chocolate meio amargo picado (ou 2 barras de 80g picadas)
- ½ colher (chá) de baunilha
- 1 colher (sopa) de fermento químico em pó
Modo de preparo
Em uma tigela grande, junte todos os ingredientes e misture com uma colher de pau. No final amasse com as mãos, sem sovar, até ficar homogêneo e sem grudar nas mãos. Faça bolinhas do tamanho de um brigadeiro e coloque-as em um tabuleiro, uma ao lado da outra. Leve a assadeira ao freezer por pelo menos 30 minutos para firmar. Retire as bolinhas e coloque-as em um saco plástico para congelar. Mantenha no congelador por até 3 meses.
Quando for assar, pré-aqueça o forno a 170 graus por 20 minutos. Coloque as bolinhas congeladas em uma assadeira antiaderente, com uma distância de 5 cm entre elas (quando assam os biscoitos espalham). Asse por 15 a 20 min, ou até começar a dourar levemente as bordas. Retire do forno e deixe esfriar totalmente na forma (os cookies ainda saem moles do forno). Guarde num pote fechado fora da geladeira por até 1 semana.
