Merengue de frutas vermelhas, chantili e suspiros é uma sobremesa fácil e deliciosa pra comer bem gelada! Eu usei morangos frescos e uma calda de morango, mirtilo e amora (receita aqui).
Você pode montar em taças individuais para uma apresentação mais caprichada, ou em uma vasilha de vidro grande bem bonita.
Ingredientes
500ml de creme de leite fresco (1 garrafa)
4 colheres (sopa) de açúcar refinado
500g de morangos frescos higienizados (2 caixinhas)
2 pacotes de suspiros (200g)
1 xícara (chá) de calda de frutas vermelhas (receita aqui)
Modo de preparo
Leve a garrafa de creme de leite fresco ao congelador e deixe por 20 min. Verta na batedeira junto com o açúcar e bata até virar chantili. Reserve na geladeira.
Corte os morangos em cubos pequenos e quebre os suspiros grosseiramente com as mãos.
Para fazer a montagem, forre as taças com uma camada de chantili. Salpique colheradas da calda e cubinhos de morango, em seguida os suspiros. Repita camadas de chantili, morango, calda e suspiros.
Cubra com filme e leve à geladeira por pelos menos 2 horas. Sirva bem geladinho.
