Fácil e rápida de fazer, a calda de frutas vermelhas é perfeita para acompanhar bolos, sorvetes, tortas, panquecas, waffles, rabanadas e cheesecakes. Assim como minha amiga @nacozinhadahelo, gosto de colocar pouco açúcar para ressaltar o sabor das frutas. Por isso, compartilho com vocês a receita dela.
Para preparar, só colocar as frutas (frescas ou congeladas) com suco de limão e açúcar numa panelinha, misturar, aquecer e esperar ferver. Depois que ferve, eu cozinho por mais uns 5 minutos em fogo baixo para dar uma engrossadinha e pronto! Passe para um pote de vidro e, quando esfriar, tampe e leve para a geladeira. Dura bem por uns três dias.
Sirva a calda quente, morna, em temperatura ambiente ou gelada.
Ingredientes
2 e ½ xícaras (chá) de frutas vermelhas como morango, framboesa, amora e mirtilo (frescas ou congeladas, mistura delas ou apenas um ou alguns tipos)
1/3 de xícara (chá) de açúcar, ou a gosto (50 g)
1 colher (sopa) de suco de limão ou a gosto (aproximadamente ½ limão)
Modo de preparo
Aqueça as frutas, o açúcar e o limão numa panelinha e mexa até dissolver. Quando ferver, abaixe o fogo e cozinhe por 5 minutos. Retire do fogo. Espere esfriar por uns 30 minutos e guarde na geladeira por uns 3 dias (se quiser, aqueça na hora de servir).
