Ingredientes
- 1 colher (sopa) de azeite
- 1 xícara (chá) de linguiça defumada em rodelas de 1 cm
- 1 cebola picada em cubinhos
- 1 pimentão vermelho pequeno picado em cubinhos
- 3 dentes de alho picados
- 1 colher (chá) de páprica picante
- 1 colher (chá) de páprica doce
- 1 colher (chá) de açafrão
- 1 xícara (chá) de arroz
- 1 colher (chá) de sal
- 2 xícaras (chá) de água fervente
- ½ xícara (chá) de ervilha congelada
- 1 xícara (chá) de camarão médio limpo
- 1 limão
- Azeite, sal e pimenta do reino a gosto
- salsinha picada para finalizar
Modo de preparo
Leve uma frigideira grande ao fogo alto. Quando aquecer, junte 1 colher (sopa) de azeite e a linguiça. Refogue até dourar (cerca de 5 min). Adicione a cebola e o pimentão e cozinhe por mais 2 min.
Abaixe o fogo, acrescente o alho picado e tempere com as pápricas doce e picante e o açafrão. Misture bem e cozinhe por mais 1 min. Junte o arroz e 1 colher (chá) de sal e mexa novamente por mais 1 min. Acrescente a água fervente e misture. Depois de 10 min, junte as ervilhas. Quando a água tiver quase secado, misture o arroz, tampe a panela e desligue o fogo.
Tempere os camarões com sal e pimenta do reino. Leve uma frigideira ao fogo alto. Assim que esquentar, junte uma colher (sopa) de azeite. Adicione os camarões e grelhe por 2 minutos de cada lado. Disponha os camarões em cima do arroz, regue tudo com suco de limão, salpique a salsinha e sirva.
