E você pode preparar o gelo de véspera e deixar no congelador até a hora de servir. Esse gelinho também pode ser utilizado em outras bebidas, use sua imaginação!
Ingredientes
- 3 laranjas-baía
- 1 garrafa do espumante da sua preferência
Separe uma fôrma para gelo com capacidade de 30 ml por cubinho.
Lave e seque as laranjas-baía. Corte uma laranja ao meio no sentido do comprimento. Corte e descarte as pontas de cada metade da laranja e fatie em meias-luas finas de no máximo 0,5 cm de espessura.
Esprema o caldo do restante das laranjas e coe numa peneira.
Enrole uma fatia de laranja sobre ela mesma, deixando a parte da casca para cima e formando o miolo de uma flor. Enrole outra fatia de laranja ao redor do miolo, formando uma pétala, e coloque numa cavidade da fôrma de gelo. Repita o processo com o restante das fatias.
Preencha as cavidades da fôrma de gelo com o caldo de laranja e leve ao freezer por, no mínimo, 3 horas, ou até congelar completamente (se preferir, prepare no dia anterior). Na hora de usar, retire os cubos de gelo da forma e coloque 2 em cada taça. Complete com o espumante e sirva.
Rende 12 cubos de gelo.
