Sal a gosto

Modo de preparo

Lave os pimentões, seque-os e corte-os ao meio; retire as sementes e os filamentos internos, e corte-os em tiras. Descasque e corte a cebola ao meio, no sentido do comprimento, e depois em meias-luas.

Descasque e corte as batatas em palitos, deixe repousar por 20 minutos na água para eliminar o excesso de amido. Escorra a água, seque as batatas com papel-toalha. Leve uma frigideira antiaderente grande ao fogo médio. Quando aquecer, junte o azeite e as batatas. Frite por 10 minutos, mexendo de vez em quando.
