Existem diversas receitas, e pelo que pesquisei, a original leva xarope de groselha. Como esse ingrediente não é comum por aqui, optei por usar morangos, e acrescentei geleia de amora pra dar esse tom mais escuro, mas é opcional. Você pode usar as frutas vermelhas da sua preferência: amora, morango, framboesa.
Ingredientes
- 1 litro de água
- 10 morangos (amora ou framboesa, ou uma mistura de frutas vermelhas)
- Suco de 2 limões grandes
- 5 colheres de sopa de açúcar (ou a gosto)
- 1 colher de sopa de geleia de frutas vermelhas (opcional)
- Rodelas de limão a gosto
- Gelo a gosto
Modo de preparo
No liquidificador, coloque a água, as frutas, o açúcar, a geleia e o suco do limão. Triture até ficar homogêneo. Distribua as rodelas de limão e gelo no copo em que for servir a limonada. Despeje a limonada batida no liquidificador e sirva.
Serve 4 pessoas.
