Ingredientes
- 300g ou 4 xícaras (chá) de fusilli ou penne
- 1 brócolis pequeno
- 1 colher (sopa) de sal
- 150g ou 1 xícara (chá) de tomate sweet grape
- 1 cenoura pequena ou ½ xícara (chá) de cenoura ralada
- ½ xícara (chá) de queijo parmesão ralado
Molho
- ½ xícara (chá) de iogurte natural integral
- ¼ de xícara (chá) de molho pesto
- 1 colher (sopa) de suco de limão
- ¼ de colher (chá) de sal
Modo de preparo
Encha uma panela grande com água e leve ao fogo alto. Quando ferver, junte uma colher (sopa) de sal. Adicione a massa e mexa. Faltando 5 minutos para finalizar o tempo de cozimento indicado na embalagem, adicione os floretes de brócolis.
Enquanto isso, prepare o molho. Junte em uma tigela o iogurte e o pesto e misture bem. Adicione o suco de limão e o sal e misture para incorporar. Reserve.
Escorra a massa e o brócolis cozidos e leve sob água corrente para interromper o cozimento. Despeje em uma tigela grande. Junte o tomate, a cenoura, o queijo ralado e o molho. Misture bem e sirva.
