Ingredientes
- 1 abacaxi sem casca, cortado em cubos de 1,5 cm (cortar em rodelas primeiro, retirar o miolo e depois picar)
- 1 xícara de chá de suco de laranja (de preferência baía)
- raspas da casca de meia laranja
- 3 cm de gengibre fresco sem casca ralado
- 1 pau de canela
- 1 cravo
- 4 colheres de sopa de mel
- sorvete de abacaxi, limão ou creme para finalizar
Modo de preparo
Em uma panela média, coloque o suco e as raspas da laranja junto com as especiarias (gengibre, canela e cravo). Mexa para misturar e leve ao fogo médio. Quando ferver, junte o mel e deixe cozinhar por 1 minuto. Acrescente o abacaxi picado e deixe cozinhar em fogo baixo por 15 minutos, mexendo de vez em quando. Sirva quente, em temperatura ambiente ou gelado, com uma bola de sorvete!!
Serve 6 pessoas.
