- ½ xícara (chá) de avelãs
- 16 damascos secos
- 300g de cream cheese
- sal e pimenta do reino moída na hora a gosto
- mel a gosto
Modo de preparo
Torre as avelãs e os pistaches no forno ou na frigideira. Pique grosseiramente e reserve. Corte os damascos em cubinhos pequenos e reserve.
Em uma tigela média, coloque o cream cheese, tempere com sal e pimenta a gosto e junte metade dos damascos, metade das avelãs e metade dos pistaches. Misture bem e embale com plástico filme, modelando com as mãos o formato de um cilindro. Leve à geladeira por pelo menos 1 hora.
Misture as avelãs, os damascos e pistaches restantes e espalhe sobre uma tábua. Retire o cilindro do filme e role sobre essa misturinha para ela grudar em toda a superfície. Regue com um fio de mel e sirva com pães ou torradas.
