Ingredientes
- 4 ovos
- 1 e 1/2 xícara (chá) de açúcar
- 2 xícaras (chá) de nata
- 1 colher (sopa) de bicarbonato dissolvido no suco de 1 limão (cuidado porque a reação é imediata)
- “Farinha de trigo que dê pra enrolar” (na prática foi +- 1,2 kg!)
- Sal e canela a gosto
Modo de preparo
Junte os ovos, o açúcar e a nata em uma tigela grande e misture com um batedor de arame. Adicone o bicarbonato dissolvido no caldo do limão, uma pitada de sal e a canela (eu coloquei uma colher de chá, se você gostar muito, pode colocar mais). Vá juntando a farinha aos poucos e misturando até quase desgrudar da mão. Pegue os montinhos e massa e faça rolinhos da espessura de 1 dedo. Corte os quadradinhos, passe numa mistura de açúcar e canela e coloque num tabuleiro já untado com manteiga.
Coloque pra assar no forno pré-aquecido a 180º até ficarem douradinhas e perfumarem a casa toda (no meu forno da Dani foi uns 25 minutos).
Arrume a mesa com carinho, chame uma amiga querida pra um café e se deliciem com os biscoitos❣️
